In ancient times, many civilisations created dishes of flat bread with various herbs and toppings.These kinds of dishes were staples for the poor.and because people worked outdoors all day long ,they had to eat food without utensils.
Modern pizza has evolved from pizzas made by peasants from Naples,Italy .They made a bread crust (a dough) from flour , water and yeast, topped it with olive oil, herbs, cheeses, and backed the whole thing in a stone oven.A pizza is shaped
