Cigarettes are dangerous for health .Many people die everyday because of smoking .Tobacco can cause many serious diseases like heart troubles ,lung cancer and high blood pressure.
My uncle Salim is a heavy smoker .He smokes about 40 cigarettes a day .He always feels awful .He doesn't eat well and he suffers from insomnia.
Doctors always advise him to give up smoking but he can't stop that .
To be in good health , people must get rid of smoking immediately , they must practise sport and eat healthy food.
