Text: Fast food
Many people love eating fast food. This includes food such as burgers ,pizzas hotdogs,fish and chips .Although such food is tasty,it doesn't provide us with enough vitamins and nutrients and the goodness that our bodies need.This food is not healthy because it contains a lot of fat and obesity is a result of eating fastfood.
However, you can make a meal at the fast food restaurant healthier by choosing a hamburger which has lots of vegetables in it,by leaving fries and by drinking mineral water instead of carbonated drinks such as; sodas and lemonades.
